Overview

Manage the pedagogical content production for the 1MiO initiative, providing technical support for curation and content development. The role supports the School to the World of Work Transition methodology and various thematic areas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of the School to the World of Work Transition methodology.
  • Support the coordination of content production for 1MiO initiative (courses, pedagogical material, content curation).
  • Support the coordination of curation and adaptation of new courses for the 1MiO platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and revision of pedagogical guides.
  • Review content production of courses and pedagogical material.
  • Support the selection of new courses for the 1MiO platform.
  • Validate contents of student and educator courses.
  • Support methodology co-creation of programs.
  • Facilitate the production of online courses for educators, pedagogical coordinators, and managers.
  • Support the creation of learning pathways.
  • Facilitate the production of pedagogical material for teachers, pedagogical coordinators, and managers.
  • Support the definition of the scope of the 1MiO training area.
  • Support the supervision and revision of content production for various approaches (Pre-Apprenticeship, Creative Economy, Remedial Learning).
  • Produce quality-assurance frameworks for digital materials.
  • Develop strategic alignment packages.
  • Provide technical guidance to produce Educational Pathways for students.
  • Prepare content for communication materials.
  • Support the coordination of the production of new Landing Pages for 1MiO Courses.
  • Produce an end-year report on content production status and results.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience at national or international levels in relevant Education, Environmental Education, STEAM, Life Skills approach, Advocacy, Public Policies or related programs.
  • Experience in content production, teachers and education managers training and advocacy with governments.
  • Experience in UN system agency or organization is an asset.
Qualifications

• Degree in education, Social Sciences, political science, Communication, Public Policy, International Relations or related fields.

• Fluency in Portuguese required.

• Knowledge of English is an asset.
