Overview
The P&C Specialist is accountable for implementing HR services that enhance the capacity of their clients to deliver on their business goals and objectives. The incumbent demonstrates the ability to anticipate HR-related needs and develop subsequent plans and solutions that align HR management with business objectives.

Required Experience
- At least five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in Human Resources Management within an international organization and/or a large corporation is required.
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, including full‑cycle recruitment, competency‑based assessments, and structured interviewing is required.
- Proven success managing high‑volume and rapid recruitment campaigns, especially in urgent or surge‑hiring scenarios is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in emergency, humanitarian, or high‑risk operational contexts, balancing speed, quality, and compliance is an asset.
- Strong experience with recruitment in the Afghanistan context, including:
- Understanding of local labor market dynamics
- Cultural and gender‑sensitive sourcing strategies
- Hands‑on experience contributing to or leading workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting, staffing gap analysis, and alignment with program needs.
- Strong expertise in competency‑based recruitment and assessment methodologies.
- UN Experience is an asset.
Qualifications
An Advanced University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field is required.
