Overview
The IT Transformation Management Analyst supports enterprise IT transformation initiatives, focusing on building transformation capability, supporting stakeholder alignment, and reinforcing Agile and change practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and leaders in adopting and strengthening Agile ways of working.
- Facilitate working sessions, team workshops, and leadership discussions.
- Support teams in establishing effective backlog management, prioritization, and flow practices.
- Identify delivery bottlenecks and work with teams to implement improvements.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support teams in defining clear roles, responsibilities, and ownership models.
- Help teams strengthen collaboration across functions.
- Facilitate structured conversations for team alignment.
- Identify areas where organizational structures create barriers to teamwork.
- Support teams in effectively using enterprise delivery tools.
- Encourage consistent practices around backlog hygiene, workflow management, and delivery tracking.
- Help teams interpret delivery metrics and flow indicators.
- Contribute insights to leadership on delivery patterns and impediments.
- Partner with leaders and delivery teams to strengthen understanding of Agile principles.
- Facilitate retrospectives, learning sessions, and improvement workshops.
- Provide practical guidance and coaching to teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to build understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Communicate clearly with executive leadership on how Agile practices improve transparency, collaboration, and value delivery.
- Help translate Agile frameworks into narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Support leaders in understanding how Agile adoption strengthens the institution’s ability to deliver outcomes.
- Foster open dialogue with stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Experience supporting IT operating model change, transformation enablement, and organizational change.
- Experience using delivery and planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira).
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent Agile coaching certification; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or similar product management certification; certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or enterprise Agile coaching (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, CSM/CSPO or equivalent); Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design; and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (PCCP) or comparable change enablement certification.
Qualifications
Master's degree with 2 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
