Overview
The Associate Investment Officer, PPP Transaction Advisory will lead and support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of PPP and privatization transactions, providing advisory services to government entities to enhance infrastructure and services across Central Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of PPP and privatization transactions.
- Provide advisory services to government entities, including conducting feasibility studies, financial modeling, and market assessments.
- Develop and deliver high-quality transaction documentation.
- Manage stakeholder engagement processes.
- Conduct due diligence on potential projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within IFC.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience gained in working on PPP transaction advisory, M&A or privatization advisory on buy and/or sell side, project finance, private equity, project management – all with focus on the infrastructure and social sector.
- Demonstrated experience advising government entities on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of PPP and privatization transactions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
