Overview
UNFPA Zambia is seeking consultants to conduct an evaluation of its 9th Country Programme (2023-2027). The evaluation aims to strengthen accountability, support evidence-based decision-making, and improve learning for future programme cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- - Design of the evaluation methodology.
- Coordination of the evaluation team.
- Serve as a technical expert for one of the thematic areas.
- Provide support to the evaluation team throughout the evaluation process.
Required Experience
- - Experience in designing and implementing methodologically robust evaluations.
- Expertise in at least one of the following thematic areas: policy and accountability; quality of care and services; data and evidence, including population dynamics; and adolescents and youth.
- Experience in cross-cutting issues such as human rights, gender equality, disability, displacement and migration status.
- Experience in transversal functions such as coordination, monitoring and evaluation, innovation, resource mobilization, strategic partnerships.
