Overview
The Learning Technology and Instructional Designer will lead the harmonization of program documentation and training structures to create a clear, unified architecture for early childhood development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build knowledge units (20-22 units, 5-15 pages each) and program model syllabi (nine models).
- Review or consolidate content into structured knowledge units organized by theme/topic.
- Review or adapt content to reflect different target audiences.
- Ensure each knowledge unit includes clear titles, headings, subheadings, structured content, and visuals.
- Develop a comprehensive syllabus document for each program model, including program overview, target audience, learning outcomes, pedagogical approach, program structure, mapping of knowledge units, delivery modality, roles and responsibilities, and implementation considerations.
- Develop visual representations for each program model illustrating program flow, delivery journey, and space/implementation requirements.
- Revise and standardize existing training modules and slide decks.
- Ensure each knowledge unit has a corresponding training deck.
- Develop training slide decks for each program model based on the syllabus.
- Align all training materials with the new structure, ensuring consistent design, clear linkage to knowledge units and program models, and integration of e-learning modules.
- Develop a master training map showing how training modules relate to program models.
- Develop structured training agendas for each program model, indicating session objectives, linked knowledge units, and training modality.
- Organize existing MEL materials across program models and standardize structure, headings, and logic.
- Maintain program-specific tools while ensuring overall consistency.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in instructional design, content systematization and organization, or curriculum design in Arabic.
- Proven strong experience in structuring large, complex content systems in Arabic.
- Experience developing training materials and facilitation resources.
- Preferred experience in Early Childhood Development, education, or related fields.
