Overview
Leads the development and quality assurance of visual communication products to support KREASI’s communication strategy and programme objectives. Ensures visual materials effectively communicate programme approaches, results, and learning in clear, engaging, and accessible ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and production of visual communication materials including IEC materials, publications, reports, newsletters, modules, infographics, and presentation materials.
- Produce visual assets for website content, social media, event visuals, and campaign graphics.
- Translate complex information, programme data, and learning into visually engaging formats.
- Maintain and apply KREASI’s visual identity across all communication materials and platforms.
- Support the design and layout of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials and knowledge products.
- Support the production of visual storytelling materials including photo stories, short videos, and campaign visuals.
- Develop visual materials for programme events and communication campaigns.
- Work closely with the Communication & Media Specialist to align visuals with written content.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files, templates, and visual materials.
- Ensure visual communication materials comply with KREASI safeguarding standards and ethical communication practices.
Required Experience
- At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in visual communication or graphic design.
- Demonstrated experience designing communication materials such as IEC materials, publications, infographics, reports, and campaign materials.
- Experience supporting visual communication for development programmes, NGOs, or education initiatives is an advantage.
- Basic skills in photo editing and simple video editing are an advantage.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia design, communication, or a related field.
