Invitation for bids for the design and build of WWTP Banjardowo - CWIS -01.
Required Experience
- Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 12,630,826.00 for single entity or joint venture.
- Financial resources of at least US$ 2,076,300.00 for single entity or joint venture.
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least 1 (one) DB contract in Design and Construction of WWTP that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 10 (ten) years from the bid submission deadline and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 18,167,627.00.
- Similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on: “WWTP with attached growth or any biological treatment process technology with a capacity of at least 20,000 m3/day”.
- Alternatively, at least 1 (one) contract in designing WWTP and 1 (one) contract in constructing WWTP that has been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 10 (ten) years from the bid submission deadline and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the total value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 18,167,627.00 for the combined design services and the WWTP construction.
- Minimum construction experience in the following key activities:
- Design or construction or Design and build WWTP with attached growth or any biological treatment process technology (in 1 (one) contract).
- Supply and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, including SCADA system compatible with the technology presented above (in 1 (one) contract).
- Minimum 6 months experience in operation and maintenance of WWTP with a capacity at least 2,500 m3/day (in 1 (one) contract).
