Overview
Supports the administration, optimization, and quality assurance of learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Contributes to the implementation of activities linked to the Youth Hub and competency-based learning paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration, maintenance and optimization of e-learning systems, services and platforms.
- Record, organize and maintain data within learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
- Guide colleagues in effectively navigating and using the learning management systems and learning platforms.
- Review and validate the quality, completeness and technical compliance of e-learning materials.
- Organize and support the end to end the delivery of e-learning courses and online learning events.
- Provide administrative and specialized technical support for international webinars and live technical sessions.
- Support the design and implementation of outreach and promotion activities for e-learning systems, services, and platforms.
- Monitor user (learner) registration and completion rates and contribute to analysis and dissemination of engagement data.
- Process user (learner) inquiries using standardized templates and ad-hoc responses.
- Contribute to coordinated activities, collaborations and technical exchanges related to learning management systems and platforms.
- Deliver user (learner) assistance and engagement activities, and develop, update and maintain system procedures, user guidance materials and documentation.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
Three years of experience in information management processing support work.
Qualifications
Secondary School Education.
