Overview
To ensure the operational implementation of activities related to Axis 7 of FONAS Planning 2026–2027, which aims to strengthen the link between higher education and the technical needs of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (ASH) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- - Support the preparation of the Terms of Reference of the National Study on the sector's training needs;
- Support the preparation of the National Training and Research Plan;
- Contribute to the creation of the National Education and Research Network ASH;
- Support the design of the ASH Applied Research Fund;
- Coordinate meetings of the Technical Group of Axis 7;
- Collaborate with other relevant Technical Groups;
- Prepare technical reports and summary notes;
- Support the organization of the technical component of Axis 7 at the FONAS Conference;
- Support academic participation in the FONAS 2026 Congress;
- Prepare the technical and financial proposal for the 2027 Budget of Axis 7.
Required Experience
- Experience in university environment and academic coordination.
- Experience in reporting, operational plans and budgets.
- Knowledge of the Angolan higher education system.
- Experience in the coordination process of organizing multisectoral technical events.
Qualifications
Degree (or finalist) in areas related to Higher Education, Organizational Psychology, Management, Public Policy or related areas.
