Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements for the last 5 years. Net worth for the last year must be positive.
- Average annual construction turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 279.30 crores within the last 5 years.
- Financial Resources: Demonstrate financial resources meeting or exceeding Rs. 37.24 crore.
- Construction Experience: Participation in at least one contract completed in the last 5 years similar to the proposed works (e.g., 400 bedded Hospital & 80 seats medical college with receipt exceeding INR 297.92 crore) OR participation in at least two contracts completed in the last 5 years similar to the proposed works (e.g., 250 bedded Hospital & 50 seats medical college with receipt exceeding INR 186.20 crore).
