Overview

The consultancy aims to provide specialized PCI DSS technical support, guide the design and implementation of PCI compliant solutions, and support Country Offices throughout their compliance journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized PCI DSS technical support.
  • Guide the design and implementation of PCI compliant solutions.
  • Support Country Offices throughout their compliance journey.
  • Strengthen UNICEF’s global PCI governance, vendor engagement, and architecture alignment.
  • Deliver a set of output-based PCI DSS technical deliverables structured around key phases of the PCI compliance process.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in information security, technical architecture, secure payment systems, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated hands‑on experience with PCI DSS, including scoping, remediation, architecture review, and compliance validation.
  • Experience working with third‑part payment service providers, banks, PSPs, acquirers, and other regulated financial entities.
  • Experience with ICT governance, reference architecture, and global technology standards.
Qualifications
  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. A first‑level university degree with additional relevant 2 years experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • Industry certifications in security or PCI DSS (e.g., ISA, QSA, PCIP, CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable.
