Overview
Consultant to undertake Formative Evaluation of UNICEF India’s Advocacy Work (2021–2025).
Required Experience
- Suitability of the candidate for the job in terms of education background, experience, and professional certification, if any.
- An updated CV demonstrating all requirements stated above.
- A relevant writing sample – it should be an evaluation that the candidate was either the lead or core team member.
- A technical proposal including (a) Reflection on the proposed methodology, offering further detail and elaboration on methods, or comments on the scope and evaluation questions (i.e. what may be more or less difficult to answer), proposes innovative techniques, if possible, (b) Proposes a feasible implementation task, with appropriate inputs days and outlines quality assurance mechanisms and steps for the assignment and (c) possible risks/peripheral problems and strategies to prevent and manage risks/peripheral problems.
