Overview

Support the Evaluation Manager and the evaluation team during the Country Programme Evaluation (CPE) process for UNFPA Zambia. The role involves assisting in all phases of the CPE, including preparation, design, field reporting, dissemination, and facilitation of use.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Evaluation Manager in drafting notes, data management, desk review, stakeholder communication, and logistics for CPE activities.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, graphs, tables, and diagrams.
  • Support data collection in the field and contribute to data analysis.
  • Assist in key dissemination activities of evaluation results.
  • Support the Population and Development (P&D) Unit in advancing data-driven programming through research, data quality assurance, and evidence synthesis.
  • Support programme implementation through deliverable tracking and follow-up.
  • Support data collection, validation, trend analysis, and report development.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
Required Experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or social studies in the field of international development.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development studies, population studies, economics, monitoring and evaluation, social sciences, public health, or any other relevant discipline.
