Overview
This online volunteering assignment seeks to assist in research and analysis for CRM optimization to inform the digital phase 2 strategy for the NBSAP Accelerator Partnership's MatchMaking Mechanism.
Key Responsibilities
- - Conduct user research, including the development of a CRM optimization brief.
- - Attend and analyze results of two online user experience interviews (focus groups).
- - Conduct research contributing to a phase 2 digital strategy outlining design principles and user interface guidelines.
- - Work closely with the MatchMaking team to develop a CRM optimization strategy.
- - Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
Required Experience
Strong background in UX design, HR processes, digital optimization, and product management, AI, and/or web design and development. A preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing digital platforms or services. A demonstrated ability to think strategically about UX and user engagement is required.
