Overview
Seeking motivated training assistants, managers, and instructors to support and/or manage training activities, and to plan, develop, execute, and deliver training courses related to logistics/supply & aircraft maintenance or Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and/or manage training activities.
- Plan, develop, execute, and deliver training and courses.
- Ensure training coordination, content, methodologies, and delivery meet airworthiness and locally established requirements.
- Support and contribute to learning and development processes.
- Contribute to day-to-day performance and long-term effectiveness of the organization.
- Maintain overall responsibility for developing, evaluating, planning, programming and conducting training (for G17).
- Apply techniques for improvement and develop training policy and process (for G17).
- Demonstrate and maintain compliance with established policies (for G17).
- Manage a training organization (for G17).
- Provide requirements expertise and familiarity with NATO budgetary and MTFP policies and procedures (for G17).
- Develop course content and manage training quality (for G15).
- Instruct technical and complex subjects in own subject matter field (for instructor roles).
Required Experience
- Profound and current post related professional experience.
- Experience in application of techniques for improvement and develop training policy and process (for G17).
- Experience in managing a training organization (for G17).
- Previous experience in a military and/or NATO organization and project management (for G17).
- Previous experience /knowledge in the NATO ISR Programme, or equivalent (for G17).
- Previous experience in course development methods, training execution and delivery (for G15).
- Knowledge of NATO Training Quality Assurance administration and management (for G15).
- Knowledge/experience in the NATO ISR Programme or equivalent (for G15).
- Solid working knowledge in an international military environment (for G15).
- Instructor course (preferably NATO) (for G12).
- Experience in learning and development management (for G12).
- Experience in line with DAAA Instructor requirements (desirable for G12).
- Experience in RQ4 type System and excellent knowledge of EMAR Part 147 Part 66 or National equivalent (desirable for G12).
- Previous knowledge/experience in the NATO ISR Programme or equivalent (desirable for G12).
- Knowledge of the NATO ISR CORE Systems (for G12).
- Experience in CIS System Administration related training (desirable for G12).
- Operational experience in exploitation and analysis of optical, infrared and radar imagery including moving target indication (MTI) using techniques of photo-grammetry and terrain analysis, to include using electronic, mechanical and optical devices to support tactical and strategic reconnaissance and surveillance operations (for ISR Instructor).
- Experience in an imagery production, collection, or analysis position (for ISR Instructor).
- Instructional background, experience in teaching methods technique (for ISR Instructor).
- Instructor Course (preferably NATO) (for ISR Instructor).
- ISR background (desirable for ISR Instructor).
- Previous experience with High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) aircraft (desirable for ISR Instructor).
- Qualified instructor (desirable for ISR Instructor).
- Experience in carrying out administrative and office management functions, to include managing complex data bases and various internal/external customers, suppliers, partners (for G10).
- Experience in supporting training efforts in an international, military or NATO environment (desirable for G10).
- Experience in training management systems and data bases (desirable for G10).
- Experience in minute taking, suspense and action item tracking (desirable for G10).
- Experience in training development utilizing a systematic approach to training (SAT) (for G12 and G10).
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance and experience in conducting aircraft maintenance related training (for G12).
- Experience in conducting logistics related training (for G10).
- Working knowledge of supply related functions (for G10).
- Working knowledge of interpreting technical publications and analysing and rectifying logistics related problems (for G10).
- Experience in conducting management related training (desirable for G10).
- Experience in aircraft systems maintenance or previous experience as a maintenance related staff member (desirable for G10).
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary education and completed medium/higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification, or Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation.
- For the G15/G17 role, a higher secondary education is minimum with more profound professional experience.
- Working knowledge of Automatic Data Processing (ADP) systems.
- University degree, any further relevant national or NATO course in subject field (considered an advantage).
- Qualified EASA Part 66/147 (desirable for G17).
