Seeking an administrative agent to provide operational and administrative support to a unit focused on digital transformation and international partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- - Run and organise the activities of the secretariat.
- - Conduct administrative tasks according to Commission rules and procedures.
- - Provide operational support to facilitate communication and teamwork.
- - Provide administrative assistance for human resources issues.
Required Experience
- - Appropriate professional experience of at least three years (if secondary education).
- - Experience in operational and administrative support for events and activities involving multiple stakeholders will be an asset.
Qualifications
- - A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma OR
- - A level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education.
