Overview
Provide project support for the Refugees and Trade programme, assisting with coordination, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and preliminary research and writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities.
- Support timely follow-up on decisions, action points, and workplan deliverables.
- Assist in preparing and organizing project-related activities, including events, trainings, workshops.
- Support the in-country project team in maintaining the database, trackers, and documentation of project activities.
- Support the preparation of project reporting, including consolidating inputs and reviewing data.
- Support tracking progress on KPIs and workplan milestones.
- Support the drafting of project documentation, including reports, concept notes, and proposals.
- Conduct preliminary research and prepare summary and synthesis documents.
Required Experience
- Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
- At least 2 years of work experience supporting economic inclusion of marginalized communities is desirable;
- Familiarity with development project and programme implementation is an advantage.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (BA/BSC or other) in the field of social sciences; development studies, business administration or a closely related field is desirable.
