Overview

Provide IT support to World Bank Group Office staff in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and visiting staff, managing the full range of information technologies for the office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support based on established SLA/XLAs in ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, service fulfillment, and support video conferencing and events.
  • Plan and support VIP visits.
  • Assess complex, non-routine problems.
  • Manage daily asset transactions, reconciliation, and disposal.
  • Provide training on IT products for end users.
  • Support the rollout of new software/hardware and projects.
  • Use Change Management practices.
  • Support the maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Participate and support BCP/ITDR programs.
  • Collaborate with product teams and other ITS teams.
  • Engage with vendors for IT procurement and ongoing contracts.
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in Windows 11, Apple products, Microsoft M365 suite, collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex), hardware support, AV systems, video conferencing, event support, and asset management.
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge and experience in network infrastructure (Windows Server, Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco video conferencing, LAN, cabling, rack UPS, ISP connectivity, MPLS links), AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude), Agile methodologies, IT service management practices (ITIL Incident Management, Service Fulfillment), Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
