Overview
Invitation for bids for the construction and completion of Government Medical College, Teaching Hospital and Allied Buildings at Amravati on EPC basis.
Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements for the last 3 or 5 years.
- Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of Rs. 340.82 crores (last 3 years) or Rs. 279.30 crores (last 5 years).
- Financial Resources: Meet or exceed Rs. 47.93 crore (last 3 years) or Rs. 37.24 crore (last 5 years).
- Construction Experience: Participation in at least one contract completed within the last 10 years (value exceeding Rs. 306.74 crore) or within the last 5 years (value exceeding INR 297.92 crore for 400 bedded Hospital & 80 seats medical college) or other specified criteria.
- Construction Experience in Key Activities: Satisfactorily completed one 300 bedded Hospital or one work of Non-Residential, Non-Industrial building with specific composite works.
