The Programme Management Officer will undertake programme evaluation and management, including planning, directing, organizing, conducting, and reporting on technical evaluations. The role involves analyzing performance data, providing technical evaluation support, conducting risk assessments, and preparing analytical reports.
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area is required. Three years of experience in programme management or analysis in an international environment is required. Experience with managing multiple projects is required. Experience in the planning and preparation of programmes in an international organization is required. Experience with survey methodology, data analysis and KPIs is required. Experience with results-based budgeting and change management and experience in business process improvement, ERP and/or business intelligence systems is required. Experience in programme evaluation and/or audit in an international environment is desirable. Experience in liaising with intergovernmental and expert bodies is desirable.
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in social sciences, law, accounting/finance, business or public administration, programme management or in a related field is required. A first level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience in finance/budget/program evaluation or related area may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
