Overview
Support the preparation of the National Digital Development Review (NDDR) and the update of the National Digital Development Agenda (NDDA) for Palestine.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and incorporate comments on the initial draft of the NDDR.
- Verify, validate, and update data for completeness and accuracy.
- Research, gather, and compile additional data for the NDDR.
- Complete the addendum with necessary information.
- Coordinate with the NDDR National Focal Point to engage partners for additional information.
- Validate and clearly reference data and information, maintaining a bibliography.
- Produce the full and final draft NDDR.
- Support the revision and update of the National Digital Development Agenda (NDDA) based on NDDR findings.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of experience and research in Technology related issues is required. A concrete knowledge in the domain of planning and strategies is desirable.
Qualifications
An advanced university degree in ICT or a related field is required; a Masters or Ph.D. is desirable.
