Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Resilience program to achieve its desired goals from planning to monitoring and evaluation. The role will collaborate with national-level specialists to ensure high-quality program delivery and compliance with donor requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of annual and monthly work plans.
  • Support community mobilisers in coaching and mentoring.
  • Develop monitoring and coaching plans for target communities.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with community mobilisers.
  • Ensure program activities are implemented according to the detailed implementation plan and strategy.
  • Ensure high-quality technical implementation of project interventions.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders.
  • Build local government capacity and co-implement the program.
  • Participate in program studies and evaluations.
  • Support the development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system.
  • Coordinate with REALM to conduct monitoring and provide reports.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Provide technical support to community mobilisers.
  • Coordinate with other Save the Children projects on site.
  • Undertake advocacy activities for project sustainability.
  • Provide timely reports on implemented activities.
Required Experience
  • At least 3 years work experience with non-government organizations in Eastern Indonesia.
  • At least 3 years experience in NGOs, preferably international NGOs.
  • Knowledge about local context in West Kalimantan, local government system and ways of work in West Kalimantan.
  • Knowledge and skills in Community Mobilisation methods.
  • Basic understanding on agriculture, youth empowerment and WASH.
  • Proven skills to develop an implementation plan and then efficiently implement activities.
  • Proven ability to manage financial resources according to donor and organization regulations.
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
Qualifications

• Bachelors University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
