Invitation for bids for the design and build of a ground source heat pump for a Family Health Center.
Key Responsibilities
• Construction and completion of Design and Build of Ground Source Heat Pump for Family Health Center in Khan-Uul District 14th Khoroo.
Required Experience
- Minimum average annual turnover of US$ 665,000.00 for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
- Financial resources meeting or exceeding US$ 167,000.00.
- Participation in at least one contract of similar size and nature (ground source heat pumps) within the last seven (7) years (2019-2025), where the Bidder’s participation exceeded US$ 265,000.00.
- Design experience of Heat pump (HP) system.
- Experience in designing building utilities (electricity and mechanical design) for at least 500 sq meters.
- Experience in Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the Ground source heat pump with capacity 55kW.
- Experience in conducting underground heat research for the last 5 years.
- Obtained ISO9001 quality management system.
- Previous experience of drilling boreholes for renewable energy and the installation of instruments in the borehole.
