Invitation for bids for the design and build of a ground source heat pump for a Family Health Center in Chingeltei District, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build of Ground Source Heat Pump for Family Health Center in Chingeltei District 19th Khoroo.
- Design experience of Heat pump (HP) system.
- Experience in Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the Ground source heat pump with capacity 55kW.
- Experience in conducting underground heat research for the last 5 (five) years.
- Obtained ISO9001 quality management system.
- Previous experience of drilling boreholes for renewable energy and the installation of instruments in the borehole.
Required Experience
- Minimum average annual turnover of US$ 630,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
- Financial resources meeting or exceeding US$ 158,000.00.
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or subcontractor, in at least one contract that has been satisfactorily or substantially completed within the last seven (7) years (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025) and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 253,000.00. The similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on the ground source heat pumps.
