Overview
Produce the graphic design and layout of the UNDP Guinea-Bissau Annual Report 2025, integrating text, photos, charts, and key highlights to enhance readability and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect information on document background, target audience, design style, branding guidelines, key messages, and visual identity requirements.
- Review existing UNDP corporate materials and align report design with UNDP brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Create draft design concepts for report layout (cover page, section dividers, infographics, visual hierarchy, and page templates) and discuss with focal point/communications team.
- Design full layout of the report (estimated 12–16 pages), integrating text, photos, charts, and key highlights.
- Develop visual elements such as icons, infographics, and pull-quotes.
- Revise and finalize design according to agreed requirements and feedback.
Required Experience
Professional experience in graphic design with previous experience in designing document layouts, and in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications.
