Overview
The Online Volunteer will support the technical implementation and optimization of the existing CRM system by translating a defined CRM strategy into a functional, scalable system within monday.com.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical implementation and optimization of the existing CRM system.
- Translate a defined CRM strategy into a functional, scalable system within monday.com.
- Focus on system configuration, data structuring, and workflow implementation.
- Deliver an improved CRM structure within monday.com, including:
- One engagement tracking system (board) (Supplier ↔ Request)
- At least 3 operational dashboards for tracking supplier engagement, request pipeline, match progress
- One documented system structure and guidance for internal users
Required Experience
Strong background in UX design, HR processes, digital optimization, and product management, AI, and/or web design and development. A preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing digital platforms or services. A demonstrated ability to think strategically about UX and user engagement is required.
