Overview
The Results-Based Management Associate will support project design, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to strengthen the organization's impact on development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project design/ planning, M&E, and results reporting.
- Support planning, implementation and quality assurance of project evaluations and the use of findings.
- Support quality assurance and compliance with corporate requirements.
- Support internal RBM learning.
- Any other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
Required Experience
3 years Relevant experience 3 years Experience working in the UN or other international development organization is desirable.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, M&E, MIS, and Social Sciences or any field with relevant RBM and programme support experience.
