Overview
The Protocol and Customs Support Associate will provide administrative services related to protocol and customs clearance, contributing to efficient service delivery for staff, projects, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in processing residence permits, entry and exit visas, and visa extensions by liaising with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration.
- Facilitate customs clearance and shipment logistics by coordinating with relevant government authorities and local customs clearing agents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to protocol and logistics activities.
- Assist in preparing cost recovery documentation for services provided by the unit.
- Serve as a liaison between programme teams and UN agencies to facilitate information exchange and follow-up on pending actions.
- Provide administrative assistance by participating in meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations of the unit.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, International Relations, or related field.
