Overview
Provide support to Parties and regional centres for reporting against Strategic Objective 5 (SO5) for the 2026 reporting cycle. This includes delivering training, providing technical assistance, and developing official documentation for CRIC25.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SO5 training to Country Parties in regional capacity building workshops.
- Provide technical backstopping to Parties during the reporting period and facilitate queries.
- Develop quality criteria for SO5 reports and check country reports against them.
- Assist countries in developing and finalizing their reports.
- Develop an analytical framework for data analysis and conduct analysis of received information.
- Develop CRIC official documentation and assist in presenting information, data, and trends.
- Provide recommendations on incorporating feedback and reporting results in future mechanisms.
Required Experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience related to environment, natural resource management, development economics or related field.
Qualifications
A first-level university degree in environmental sciences/management, development economics and finance or related discipline.
