Overview
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Procurement Specialist to ensure all procurement activities align with agreed procedures, contract terms, and best practices, including the Government of Liberia Public Procurement and Concessions Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation of the Project’s Annual Procurement Plan.
- Prepare procurement documentation for consulting services.
- Coordinate and ensure timely responses to clarifications sought by bidders or shortlisted consultants.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Procurement Management, Business Administration/Management, or another relevant discipline.
- A recognized qualification in procurement from institutions such as:
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
- Institute of Supply Management (ISM), USA
- Intensive Procurement Training Program, Liberia
