The Human Resources Assistant G6 position supports the Office of the Assistant Secretary-General for Human Resources by participating in HR projects, maintaining databases, and providing general office support.
A minimum of seven years of experience in human resources management, administrative services or related area is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to 5 years for candidates who possess a first-level university degree or higher. Minimum three years of experience primarily in staff selection or recruitment in the UN or another UN system organization using Inspira or another IT platform is desirable. Experience in post and personnel management in Umoja or a similar ERP platform is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent.
