Overview
International Consultant to develop and implement a digital promotion strategy and organize matchmaking sessions to connect Palestinian freelancers with regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking of international best practices in promoting freelance talent.
- Develop a digital promotion strategy including value proposition, target clients, digital channels, content plan, and KPIs.
- Design promotional assets such as social media templates and a freelancer profile template.
- Create a digital freelancer catalogue/portfolio.
- Support freelancers in optimizing their online presence.
- Support the initial rollout of the digital promotion campaign.
- Research and maintain a database of potential clients and companies.
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients and platforms.
- Support freelancers in preparing for client engagement.
- Organize and deliver online webinars on working with international clients.
- Organize and moderate online matchmaking sessions.
- Facilitate initial interactions between freelancers and clients.
- Conduct systematic follow-up and monitoring of client engagement and leads.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in designing trade promotion campaigns is an asset.
- Experience working in the field of B2B/matchmaking is an asset.
- Knowledge about Japanese freelancing platforms or employment solutions such as Workshift and Pasona Group is an asset.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PhD or other).
- Master’s degree in economics, business, marketing or related area.
- Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
