Key Responsibilities
- - Conduct an evaluation of EABRN's work based on OECD DAC Criteria (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Coherence, Relevance, Sustainability, Impact).
- - Consider cross-cutting factors such as human rights, leave no one behind, and environment.
- - Provide evidence-based recommendations for the next phase (2026–2035).
