Overview

To support the delivery of professional, client-focused HR services, partnering with managers to implement HR solutions in line with WFP corporate priorities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operational activities or projects aligned to business needs.
  • Respond to queries from managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer conditions of service, contracts, and entitlements.
  • Support staff capability building and development solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment related matters.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for recruitment processes.
  • Support and deliver onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Provide support in building talent within WFP.
  • Support organizational design activities.
  • Collate data and contribute to HR reporting.
  • Conduct straightforward data analysis.
Required Experience

Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate professional experience in Human Resources.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or First University degree with two additional years of related work experience or training/courses.
