Overview

The role is responsible for operating land transport vehicles and may involve providing basic administrative assistance in the office or warehouse.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation services for authorized personnel and/or goods efficiently and safely.
  • Receive official personnel and visitors at the airport or other arrival points, and provide basic assistance.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks and report daily on mechanical conditions.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle and related equipment clean and in good working order.
  • Follow established regulations for deliveries and accidents.
  • Perform basic office-related tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining warehouse order.
Required Experience
  • Two (2) years minimum of work experience as a driver.
  • Preferably experience in an international organization, embassy, or UN system.
  • Demonstrated safe driving record.
  • Experience driving various makes and models of vehicles, including vans, trucks, and other motor vehicles.
  • Defensive driving experience will be valued.
Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary education cycle.
  • Minimum category B1 driving license, with no traffic violations.
