Overview
The Administration Senior Officer supports the Head of Support Services in leading the Administration function across the MCO, overseeing key service areas to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Administration service delivery approach.
- Oversee and ensure efficient, timely, and client-oriented delivery of administration services.
- Support the use and continuous improvement of administration systems and tools.
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of administration support arrangements for field locations.
- Provide direct supervision of the Administration team members.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience is work in administration, operations management or related areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in any of the above or related fields.
