Overview
The Project Management Support Officer provides operational, analytical, and administrative support for effective project planning, implementation, and monitoring. This role focuses on supporting actions related to social participation and non-structural measures within a specific international technical cooperation agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, structure, and validate project data.
- Maintain databases, dashboards, and information management systems.
- Support the preparation of analytical reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Participate in the development of the project’s work plan.
- Collaborate in the implementation of project activities with partners.
- Participate in meetings to coordinate the project with partners.
- Conduct technical visits to selected municipalities.
- Prepare technical documents, notes, summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in the development of terms of reference and technical specifications.
- Collaborate in monitoring the progress of project service procurements.
- Review deliverables from consultants, service providers, and contractors.
- Collaborate in monitoring contract maintenance processes.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 02 years of experience in proposing structural measures for slope stabilization.
- Demonstrable proficiency in the use of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g. MS Office, G-Suite, etc) and web-based management systems.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, preferably in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
