Overview

The Engineering Associate will support infrastructure activities related to design, supervision, and quality assurance for projects, ensuring they meet required standards within specified constraints.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for project implementation, including monitoring construction works, assisting in tender documentation, and coordinating design documentation.
  • Support coordination and stakeholder communication with municipalities, ministries, and public utility companies.
  • Supervise design development processes and participate in the supervision of construction works.
  • Support monitoring, reporting, and technical analysis, including preparation of project reports and collection of technical background information.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support for project engineering issues.
  • Support knowledge building and sharing.
Required Experience

Minimum 6 years (with Secondary Education) or 3 years (with Bachelor´s degree) of relevant experience in construction-related project management and supervision in fields such as Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering, and Low Rise Civil Engineering works.

Qualifications

Secondary education is required. A university degree (bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering, Architecture or a related field will be given due consideration.
