Overview
The Driver will provide reliable and safe driving services for UNDP/PAPP staff, officials, and visitors, and support logistics and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving office vehicles responsibly and safely to transport staff, officials, and visitors.
- Providing airport/bridge pick-up and drop-off services.
- Maintaining accurate daily vehicle logs.
- Performing or arranging necessary minor vehicle repairs and timely scheduling of major repairs.
- Conducting regular vehicle maintenance.
- Ensuring the vehicle has updated and accessible documents.
- Keeping vehicle tools, spare parts, and required MOSS items readily available.
- Taking immediate actions in case of accidents.
- Delivering and collecting official documents.
- Assisting in the organization of workshops and seminars.
- Supporting event setup and closure.
- Performing registry-related tasks, including bulk photocopying.
- Assisting with the arrangement and setup of office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a driver; safe driving record.
- Experience working with the UN and/or other international organizations is an asset.
Qualifications
- Secondary Education is required.
- Valid Bus Driver’s license.
