Overview
Implements, administers, and supports enterprise on-premise and cloud systems, including messaging, collaboration, and content management platforms. Creates and maintains system documentation and acts as a Subject Matter Expert for solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implements, administers, and supports enterprise on-premise and cloud systems.
- Identifies and resolves/escalates reported systems, functional and/or operational issues.
- Resolves system and/or user issues and manages service requests.
- Monitors, tests, and analyzes system activities.
- Recommends, schedules, and performs software patches, upgrades, and/or purchases.
- Provides 2nd level support for related applications and services.
- Issues periodic performance and utilization reports.
- Creates and maintains system documentation.
- Works with project managers and business analysts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of Information Management and Technology standards, policies and procedures.
- Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, and technologies associated training plans.
- Assists with information security related activities.
- Participates in enterprise service delivery support activities related to user account and access management.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five years of responsible and relevant work experience with implementation, and administration of Microsoft on- premises or cloud-based platforms and related messaging and collaboration systems, content management systems and active directory.
- Knowledge/experience in the IT service management implementation and management are required.
Qualifications
- A university degree from an accredited educational institution in computer science, information technology, electrical or computer engineering or related discipline.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or related certification and IT Service Management certification such as ITIL foundation.
