Overview
Provide specialized technical services for the full roll-out of the Primero (CPIMS+) system in Mongolia, leading and supporting its implementation, administration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Primero system in line with Mongolia’s child protection case management requirements, applying and advising on data protection protocols.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and refinement during deployment.
- Deliver training and technical guidance to end-users and government counterparts.
- Support system integration with relevant national child protection digital platforms.
Required Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in implementing or administering IT systems.
- Experience in technical architecture definition.
- Experience in integration of a system/an application with other systems.
- Experience in developing and configuring IT systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related science including but not limited to: Computer Science. Software Engineering or related field.
