Develop the next Country Programme Document (CPD) and Country Programme Management Plan (CPMP) for UNICEF Mongolia, aligning with the evolving development context and corporate guidance.

- Develop the CPMP to operationalize programme priorities
Required Experience
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressively responsible professional experience in international development.
- Proven experience in designing and drafting Country Programme Documents (CPD) or similar UN/strategic programme documents.
Qualifications
• Master’s in Development Studies, Public Policy / Public Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations or a related field
