Overview
The Partnership Intern will assist in designing a partnership concept to engage diaspora Generation Z and Generation Alpha audiences in fundraising and advocacy for UNICEF. The role will also contribute to initiatives promoting climate action and strengthening youth center activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct background research on diaspora Generation Z and Generation Alpha engagement trends.
- Map potential partners (diaspora networks, youth-led initiatives, organizations and foundations, digital platforms, influencers).
- Support the development of a partnership concept, including outreach and engagement modalities.
- Assist target youth houses with development of hospitality potential.
- Assist in engaging Armenian youth to support climate action initiatives and participatory activities.
- Contribute to messaging and communication materials (monthly newsletter) tailored to young diaspora audiences.
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks and emerging opportunities.
Required Experience
- Previous volunteer or internship experience, preferably in areas related to advocacy, human rights, and community development.
- Experience in or demonstrated understanding of diaspora engagement, including collaboration with diaspora networks, youth-led initiatives, or community organizations.
- Experience in coordinating or supporting youth, student or communication activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or college student.
- Field of Study: International relations, business administration.
