Overview

This assignment requires a graphic design professional to undertake the graphic design and professional layout of the Common Country Analysis (CCA) report for Sint Maarten, transforming a technical document into a visually compelling and accessible publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clean, coherent design system aligned with United Nations branding guidelines.
• Integrate text, data visualizations, and infographics into a consistent layout.
• Convert the finalized CCA manuscript into a high-quality output suitable for digital and physical dissemination.
• Prepare optimized, interactive-ready PDFs with functional navigation and hyperlinks for digital publication.

Required Experience

Demonstrated experience in editorial design, publication layout, and the production of high-quality reports. Strong portfolio showcasing work on reports, policy documents, or similar long-form publications, ideally within development, public sector, or international organization contexts. Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and data visualization. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent). Familiarity with digital publishing formats (interactive PDFs) and print production requirements. Adaptability in using emerging AI-assisted design tools.
