Overview
Support the Climate and Sustainability workstream at the UNDP Global Centre, focusing on circularity, carbon economy, sustainability, and green transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conceptualization and development of knowledge products on circularity, carbon economy, and air pollution monitoring.
- Identify and document case studies and innovative practices.
- Map key stakeholders in Singapore working on circularity, carbon economy, and air pollution monitoring.
- Support the design of carbon pricing instruments, circular economy principles, and air pollution management strategies.
- Contribute to the translation of technical insights into accessible knowledge products.
- Support collaboration across the Centre and the DAI Hub.
- Assist in the planning and execution of activities, workshops, and events.
- Support communication and promotion efforts, including drafting blogs and media pieces.
Required Experience
- 1 month relevant experience
- Demonstrated interest and/or experience in climate, sustainability, environmental protection, and development
- Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree desirable
