Overview
Support the effective use, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of HR systems and data across global operations. The role focuses on strengthening HR data quality, supporting system users, and contributing to the development and improvement of HR system workflows and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Country Offices with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Monitor and follow up on HR data quality together with country HR teams and support corrective actions where needed
- Support HR Partners and HR Coordinators with HR data, statistics, and reporting
- Contribute to testing and refinement of HR processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide input to improvements supporting digitalisation and data reliability within HR systems
- Collaborate with Country Offices to ensure structured follow-up on data discrepancies
- Organize and conduct trainings for HR staff on relevant Dynamics modules when needed
- Support onboarding of new HR staff regarding DRC systems and tools
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Strong skills in HR data analysis and reporting using excel and/or Power BI
- Experience supporting HR data quality monitoring and process compliance
- Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting tools (desirable)
- Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvement initiatives (desirable)
- Experience documenting HR processes and supporting workflow optimization (desirable)
- Experience training HR staff on systems and tools (desirable)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, International Development, Public Administration or similar field
