Overview
Design relevant documents and tools to enhance the design and quality of written materials such as publications and training documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review UNICEF branding rules and guidances to ensure compliance with internal standards
- Review existing materials developed by the Staff Wellbeing Team to identify key messages and core content
- Design, draft, develop clear, user-friendly, and fit-for-purpose wellbeing documents, including common e-pages and relevant tools across different areas of wellbeing
- Design up to 10 documents
Required Experience
- Strong skills in graphic design and publication layout, with experience designing reports, publications, or other editorial products.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate complex development content into clear, engaging, and visually compelling formats while adhering to branding guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and responsiveness to feedback.
