Overview
The UNV Asistente de Business Intelligence will support UNICEF Peru's fundraising initiatives by strengthening the quality and reliability of information used in donor campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track operational processes for Donor Care and Acquisition campaigns.
- Perform data validation and quality control in CRM and other systems.
- Liaise with telemarketing providers and call centers for information validation and reconciliation.
- Verify and ensure correct execution of changes and updates in PSP platforms and associated systems.
- Monitor and track priority cases and incidents related to donors, campaigns, and operational processes.
- Analyze campaign results, including sales, failed forms, and denied cases.
- Support the development and updating of validation, control, and tracking tools.
- Prepare reports and provide support in information analysis for decision-making.
- Assist in continuous improvement and documentation of processes related to data management and fundraising campaigns.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Required Experience
- 3 years of general experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, validation, and quality control.
- Experience in tracking operational processes linked to telemarketing and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience in managing and validating information in CRM and associated platforms.
- Coordination and follow-up with telemarketing providers and call centers.
- Desirable experience in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of SQL for queries, validations, and database management.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Desirable experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external providers.
- Interest in UNICEF's work, fundraising, volunteerism, and the UN system.
