Overview
Support the expansion of the INFF Training Hub's work to strengthen country capacity in implementing Integrated National Financing Frameworks (INFFs). This involves developing guidance materials, practical manuals, and structured training resources, and establishing a demand-driven approach for country engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop two thematic INFF guidance documents on Structural Transformation and Sustainable Finance.
- Develop four practical manuals for INFF Building Block 1 diagnostics: INFF Costing Manual, Financing Landscape Assessment Manual, Risk Assessment Manual, and Binding Constraints Analysis Manual.
- Design and implement a demand-side assessment of country training needs.
- Produce a consolidated analysis of country demand.
- Develop an implementation roadmap for the INFF Training Hub.
- Support initial scoping and engagement with selected countries.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance policies and analysis, public financial management, and technical assistance, particularly in a development context.
- Experience in advising countries and developing guidance on integrated approaches to development finance would be desirable.
Qualifications
• Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in development studies, international relations, economics, public policy, or other relevant academic discipline.
